This Privacy Policy explains how Dust Cleaner handles information when you use the Dust Cleaner iOS app. Dust Cleaner is a simple utility that plays sound and uses device haptics to help move loose dust, debris, and water away from the iPhone speaker grille. The app is built to work locally on your device.

Data Collection

Dust Cleaner does not collect personal data from users. The app does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email address, and does not send app activity, device information, or cleaning-session data to a server controlled by us.

Audio Output and Haptics

Dust Cleaner uses your device speaker to play a low-frequency tone and uses haptic feedback on supported iPhones. This processing happens on your device. Dust Cleaner does not record audio, analyze surrounding sound, or upload audio data.

No Microphone or Camera Access

Dust Cleaner does not request or use microphone access, camera access, photo library access, contacts, calendars, Bluetooth, or precise or approximate location.

Local App State

Dust Cleaner may keep temporary app state while the app is open, such as the current cleaning status, progress, tone frequency, and session duration. This information is used only to operate the app on your device and is not transmitted to us.

No Advertising or Tracking

Dust Cleaner does not use third-party advertising SDKs, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).

No Analytics or Third-Party Data Collection

Dust Cleaner does not include analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or other third-party SDKs that collect user data.

Children's Privacy

Dust Cleaner is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Retention

Because Dust Cleaner does not collect personal data, we do not retain personal data on our servers. Temporary app state exists only as needed for the app to operate on your device.

Your Privacy Choices

Because Dust Cleaner does not collect personal data, no account deletion or server-side data deletion process is needed. You can remove the app and its local app data by deleting Dust Cleaner from your device.

Important Usage Limits

Dust Cleaner is intended to help with loose particles and water droplets. It does not repair damaged hardware and cannot remove compacted lint, oil, or debris stuck inside a grille.
